Insurance Information

Payment is due on the day services are rendered. However, we do file insurance as a courtesy to our patients. At your request we will submit a predetermination to your insurance company.  A predetermination reply must be received from your insurance company prior to your appointment in order for us to adjust the amount you owe up front. We will work with you and your insurance to help you get the fullest reimbursement possible. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date with current insurance information. They can be reached at Boone Office Phone Number 828-264-5711. You can also call us to get an estimate on the fees for your initial visit. After your consultation, you will have a print out of how much to expect on the day of your procedure.  By bringing an up to date insurance card, or a printout with your insurance information, to your appointment, you will assist us in expediting your reimbursement.

North Carolina Medicaid

We currently accept North Carolina Medicaid for patients age 18 and younger on a referral basis only.  All patients may be placed on a waiting list.  Appointments will be made based on availability during our week.  We will have times during the year in which we will not accept new names for the waiting list to avoid extremely long waiting periods.  Please be aware that North Carolina Health Choice does not cover extractions.
