Our Boone office is open Monday-Wednesday, 8:00am until 4:30pm, and Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm. Our North Wilkesboro office is open Thursdays from 8:00am until 4:30pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as quickly as possible.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that we provide surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Feel and function like natural teeth

A natural tooth consists of a root and a crown. If you compare natural teeth to implant-supported replacement teeth, you’ll see they have the same basic parts. Both have a crown (the visible part used to chew food). Both have a root that holds the tooth securely under the gum and is anchored into the jaw. The difference is that the implant is made of titanium – the same time-tested material used by surgeons for artificial joints. When you lose a tooth, you lose both the root and the crown.
